Multi-Stage Construction Progressions
Unlike brokers who hide behind stock photography, we document our builds from initial ground excavation through final architectural finishes.

Before & After Yard Remodel Transformations
Real project transformations showcasing how our in-house crew solves drainage, erosion, and yard design challenges across East County.
Before Remodel
After Burgio Remodel
East County Hillside: Raw Slope to Contoured Dry Creek Bed & Curb Appealβ’ Borders
An eroding dirt slope was completely reshaped to solve drainage and elevate curb appeal. Our in-house crew extruded continuous concrete landscape borders to frame planting beds, sculpted an integrated river cobble dry creek bed to direct stormwater safely, and installed compacted decomposed granite pathways bordered with drought-tolerant plantings.
Before Transformation
After Landscape Renovation
El Cajon Residence: Perimeter Cleanup, Decorative Rock & Drought-Tolerant Landscaping
An unmaintained perimeter border choked with dead vegetation was cleared and regraded by our crew. We installed permeable weed barrier fabric, spread natural decorative stone ground cover, and planted climate-adapted drought-tolerant shrubs for a clean, low-maintenance finish that looks sharp year-round.
Before Construction
After Retaining Wall
El Cajon Neighborhood: Slope Stabilization with Interlocking Retaining Wall
To eliminate slope slippage and maximize usable yard space, our crew excavated a solid trench foundation and built an engineered interlocking segmental block retaining wall. Backfilled with drainage gravel and finished with decomposed granite ground cover, the new retaining wall creates clean terraces that permanently stabilize the property.

Santee Foothills: Complete Backyard Hardscape & Slope Transformation
The Problem: A homeowner off Mast Boulevard in Santee faced an unusable 35-degree rear slope that continuously washed red clay and loose boulders into their foundation during heavy atmospheric river events. Multiple general handymen declined the project due to machinery access constraints.
The In-House Execution: Operations Manager Ryan Pappas and Field Foreman Chuck mobilized our compact Bobcat track loaders through a tight 48-inch side gate. The crew cut a two-tier terrace, installed an engineered 4-foot segmental block retaining wall with perforated French drainage, placed 500 square feet of multi-piece concrete pavers, and finished with drought-tolerant California native plantings.
The Measurable Result: The once-hazardous erosion zone was transformed into an estate-grade entertaining patio, completely eliminating foundation water threats and creating 800 square feet of usable outdoor living area.
