Current Field Positions in East County
We are always seeking conscientious, hard-working professionals who take genuine pride in their craft and love working outdoors.
Hardscape & Paver Craftsman
Lead or support structural paver patio, driveway, and retaining wall installations across residential estates. Build lasting outdoor masonry following strict ICPI base prep guidelines.
- Experience installing interlocking concrete pavers, flagstone, and segmental block retaining walls.
- Proficiency with laser transit levels, screed rails, and mechanical plate compactors.
- Knowledge of subgrade excavation, Class II road base compaction, and geotextile stabilization.
- Strong work ethic, attention to joint tolerances, and clean job-site habits.
Irrigation & Drainage Specialist
Install, troubleshoot, and optimize high-efficiency smart irrigation systems and residential storm drainage infrastructure throughout San Diego County microclimates.
- Hands-on experience installing Schedule 40 PVC, drip lines, and commercial solenoid valves.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi smart controllers (Hunter Hydrawise, Rain Bird ESP-TM2) and multi-meter wiring.
- Experience laying French drains, perforated SDR-35 pipe, catch basins, and pop-up emitters.
- Valid California Driver's License and ability to read irrigation plan drawings.
Equipment Operator & Grading Lead
Operate company-owned Bobcat compact track loaders, mini-excavators, and trenchers. Execute rough grading, soil cut-and-fill, footing trenching, and bulk material staging safely.
- Proven operating experience on compact excavators and track skid steers in tight residential settings.
- Ability to grade to laser benchmarks for positive surface drainage away from foundation walls.
- Daily pre-trip inspection, greasing, and maintenance protocol of heavy machinery.
- Safety-first mindset, adherence to underground utility markings (USA Dig 811), and teamwork.
Landscape Construction Crew Member
Support active residential outdoor living installations alongside experienced foremen. Excellent entry or intermediate trade opportunity with structured room for advancement.
- Motivated team player eager to learn landscape masonry, grading, planting, and drainage science.
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor field work, wheelbarrows, and material staging in East County sun.
- Reliable daily transportation to our El Cajon yard (15702 Olde Highway 80) by 6:45 AM.
- Commitment to our daily 3:15 PM sweep-down standard and customer property respect.
